Verbal opt-in
Consent is captured during the onboarding call, before any message is sent. The script below is what a Dockium representative reads.

“As part of your Dockium account, we’ll text you when we’ve received and processed a bill of lading, and when there’s an update on an outstanding invoice — typically a few messages per shipment. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. You can get more help anytime by replying HELP, or opt out completely by replying STOP. Our Terms of Service are available at komorebilabs.com/terms and our Privacy Policy at komorebilabs.com/privacy. Do you consent to receive these messages — yes or no?”
