Dockium Privacy Policy
Dockium is a service operated by Komorebi Labs, Inc. This policy describes what information we collect from businesses and their authorized contacts who use Dockium, and how we use it.
When a business (a dispatcher or carrier) signs up for Dockium, we collect the business’s name and contact information; the phone numbers of the staff and other contacts that business authorizes to receive Dockium messages; and the content of documents submitted through Dockium, including photographs of bills of lading, equipment interchange receipts, and related shipping paperwork, along with the data extracted from them.
We use this information solely to operate the service the business signed up for: processing the shipping documents it submits, sending confirmation and status messages by SMS/MMS to the contacts it has authorized, and sending status updates about outstanding invoices for loads that business handled. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service (e.g. our messaging infrastructure provider) or as required by law.
By providing a phone number, an end user consents to receive text messages from Dockium related to document processing and invoice status, as described at signup. Message frequency varies with shipment and invoice activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never shared or sold to third parties, affiliates or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile data collected through the text messaging program is disclosed for any purpose other than operating the service.

We retain submitted documents and message records for as long as the business’s account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping, unless deletion is requested sooner.
