Dockium Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Dockium, a service operated by Komorebi Labs, Inc. By using Dockium, a business and its authorized users agree to these Terms.

Last updated 27 July 2026
The service

Dockium automates the intake and review of shipping documents (such as bills of lading and equipment interchange receipts) submitted by photo, and sends confirmation and invoice-status messages by SMS/MMS to the staff and contacts that the business using Dockium has authorized.

Messaging

Businesses that use Dockium authorize us to send text messages to the phone numbers they provide, for the purposes described at signup: document-processing confirmations and invoice status updates about loads that business handled. Message frequency varies with shipment and invoice activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Dockium is used by a business to communicate with its own staff and authorized contacts about shipments that business is directly involved in. It is not used to message people on a third party’s instruction, and it is not a debt-collection service.

Our SMS opt-in collateral page documents the verbal and text-based methods by which end users give that consent.

Acceptable use

Dockium may only be used for legitimate business shipping and invoicing communications. It may not be used to send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not authorized them, or for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

Dockium is provided during an active development and pilot phase. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of document processing but do not guarantee error-free extraction or delivery, and all automated outputs are subject to human review before being acted on.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy

Our handling of business, contact, and document information is described in the Dockium Privacy Policy.
